Please have the following information on hand before beginning
your registration on-line:
• A clear, legible copy of your sales receipt
dated January 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012
• Your sales receipt must clearly indicate: name of retailer; date
of purchase; toilet model name, manufacturer and model number and number of qualifying
toilets purchased.
3 Easy Steps
1. Confirm your date of purchase, retailer and product by manufacturer,
description and model number.
2. Complete the on-line rebate application form, you will be asked to
enter your full mailing address of the property where the toilet(s) are installed.
This must be a private single family residence located within the Regional Municipality
of York, phone number and Email.
3. Select Scan, Fax or Mail-In option to submit your sales receipt.
